Brayden Edward Lindsey, born July 30, 1997, passed away tragically in a car accident on May 2, 2026. At just 28 years old, Brayden's life ended far too soon, leaving behind a grieving family, a circle of friends, and three young children who will forever feel the depth of his absence.

Brayden was the beloved son of Michael and Kristin Lindsey, and the devoted father of his three children, Oliver, Beatrice, and Parker, who were the greatest joy of his life. He shared his children with their mother, Sara Watkins, with whom he remained connected through their shared love for their kids. He was the loving brother of Skyler Bybee and brother-in-law to Christopher Guetersloh. Brayden was also a proud uncle to his nephew, Benjamin Morgan. His family ties were deep and meaningful, and he adored each of them.

He was a cherished grandson to Arthur Begg, Grant and Sheryl Harp, and Jerry Lindsey, and the great-grandson of Shirley Jeffers. Brayden's life was deeply intertwined with the people he loved, and he poured his heart into every moment he shared with them.

He attended Wichita Northwest High School and built a career as an aircraft painter at Bombardier, where he was known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in his craft. He approached his work with quiet dedication and brought that same steady care into every part of his life.

Outside of work, Brayden found joy in the simple things that made life meaningful. He loved playing video games, experimenting in the kitchen, and, most of all, spending time with his children. He also had a deep love for animals, especially cats, and shared his home with two beloved companions, Snowy and Sunny. His gentle nature and soft spot for animals reflected the kindness he carried in every part of his life.

Brayden is preceded in death by his grandparents, Larry Diamond, Danny and Patricia Landis, Carol Lindsey, and Paul and Kathy Northcutt. He is also preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Virginia Bowen, L.D. and Faye Diamond, Lloyd and Karen Harp, Leon Jeffers, Paul and Sally Northcutt, and Lloyd and Margaret Schulte.

A Visitation is scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Baker Funeral Home West Chapel, 3224 N. Tyler Rd. Wichita, KS.
