Dena Louise Goertz was born September 20, 1967, in El Dorado, Kansas. May 5th passed away in Wichita, Kansas, surrounded by her family.

Preceded by her parents, Darwin (Buster) and Loydene (Dennie)Dickinson, and brother Donnie Dickinson.

She is survived by her Husband of 30 years, John Goertz, 3 children: Braxton Goertz of Wichita, Garrett (Augusta), and Blake Cody (Wichita). 8 beautiful grandkids: Kaiden & Raelynn Goertz, Ayden & Ryder Cody, Olive, Elianna, Keaton & Killian Cody. 2 fur babies; Zella and Shiko.

Worked at Beech Aircraft in Wichita for 15 years, but her true passion was 20 years as a martial arts instructor. She enjoyed and taught many students. She will be missed. Dena's other love was her fur babies. We always had at least 2 babies in the house; we once had 6. Very loving and caring person. Sometimes more fur babies than people.
