Dennis Cruz Delgado, 80, passed away peacefully in Wichita on Tuesday March 11, 2025 from Alzheimer's. Dennis was born in Melbourne Australia, his family moved back to the United States when he was very young. He attended St Mary's of the Plains in Dodge City before enlisting in the Air Force in 1965. In 1967 he married Linda Rae Mathis and they had three children together. Dennis worked at Coleman for 35 years, enjoyed being outdoors in his garden, bird watching, photography, reading, and traveling.

Dennis is proceeded in death by his parents Del and Eileen Delgado and his son Dennis (Denny) Delgado. He is survived by his sister Nancy Foresman, his daughter Nancy (Shawn) Townsley, his son David Delgado, his six grandchildren; April (Luis) Acosta, Michael Delgado, Derrick Hatfield, Zachary Hatfield, Tristan Delgado and Brianna Delgado, his great grandchildren, along with cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family, friends and others whose lives Dennis touched are invited to his memorial service at 11:00 am on April 05, 2025 at Kechi Township Cemetery.

The family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America in honor of Dennis.
