Hannah Josephine Lewis, age 28, passed away on June 19, 2026, in Wichita, KS. Hannah was born on December 1, 1997, in Lawrence, KS to Shanna Smith and Tregory Lewis.

Hannah brought joy to everyone who knew her. She will be remembered for her infectious smile and laugh. She gave the best hugs, warm, comforting, and full of love. Hannah found happiness in life’s simple comforts. She loved glowworms, treasured her blankets, adored her baby dolls, and enjoyed long walks. One of the most special relationships in Hannah’s life was with Ellen Walker. Ellen was her favorite person and brought her immense happiness and comfort.

Hannah is survived by her parents, Shanna and Matthew Smith, and Tregory Lewis; her three sisters, Madison, Lilly, and Titus; and her grandparents, Llynde Lacey, Patricia Tilley, and Randy Smith.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Evan Lewis; her grandparents, Michael Arellano and Robin Miller; and her great-grandparents Mary Ann and Paul Miller, and Amelia and Jesse Arellano.

Hannah leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and kindness. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though she is no longer with us, her smile, laughter, and loving spirit will remain in the hearts of those who loved her forever.
