James Alexander Hyatt age 68, passed away on December 27, 2024. He was born on February 14, 1956 to Richard Carl Hyatt and Betty Jo (Hale) Hyatt in Cheyenne, WY.

James was an accomplished musician and instrument maker. He served his country in the United States Army. Jim loved to sing and tell stories of his life to anyone who would listen.

He left behind to cherish is memory two sisters, Judith Stewart of Castle Rock, CO. and Pricilla Davila of Wichita, KS.; one brother, David Hyatt of San Francisco and his mother Betty Jo of Grand Junction, CO. He also had one nephew, Brett Stewart of Castle Rock, CO. and two nieces, Sierra Ness and Andrea Wright both of Wichita, KS. One great- nephew, Gryffin Wright of Wichita, KS. James was a beloved brother and Uncle.

He was preceded in death by his father Richard Hyatt.
