Jason Franklin McGehee age 51, passed away on February 13, 2025 peacefully at home. Jason was born on March 14, 1973 in Wichita, Kansas to Frank and Lorna McGehee (Sisk).

He graduated from West High School in 1991 and went on to play football at Hutchinson Community College. Jason started dating the love of his life, Jennifer, in 1990 and in November 2000, Jared, their biggest blessing, was born.

Jason was a material handler at American Fence Company but before that was well known in the flooring industry which he learned from his Dad. Jason grew up playing sports. He loved watching his Dad race at 81 Speedway, so much that he took up the sport himself and was a fierce competitor! He also loved watching his son play sports, coached Jared's baseball team when Jared was young and recently loved traveling to go watch Jared coach football. Jason was a BIG Dallas Cowboy fan, loved to play golf and especially loved his Rottweilers.

Jason is survived by his parents, Frank & Lorna McGehee; his wife Jennifer; son Jared; sister Misty; niece Monica; in-laws Eddie & Terri Bannon and numerous family and friends.

A Celebration of his life will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Baker Funeral Home West Chapel 3224 N. Tyler Rd. Wichita, KS 67205.
