Lisa Kay Ireland, 58, of Wichita, passed away on May 19, 2026, in the city she lived in or near her entire life. Lisa was born on March 9, 1968, in Wichita.

Lisa was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose love for her family and friends were the center of her life. She will be remembered for her caring heart, her resilience, and the many lives she touched through her kindness and loyalty.

She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Hazel Ireland and Marie Meyer; her grandfathers, Leo Meyer, Robert Yates, and Robert Ireland; her mother and stepfather, Patricia "Pat" McMinn and Andy McMinn; her uncles, Larry Jones and Barry Ireland; and her beloved grandchild, Brillyn Weerts.

Lisa is survived by her father, Robert "Bob" Ireland and his wife, Kathy Ireland; her brother, Scott Ireland and his wife, Michele Martin; her aunt, Kathy Jones; her close friend, Lisa Joseph-Abbot; her daughters, Ashley Weerts and her husband, Cody Weerts, and Dawn Schulze; her son, Ross Oeser; her grandchildren, Kolt Weerts and Layton Oeser; her stepsisters, Susan Backhus and Shirley Stiffler; her stepbrothers, Andy McMinn Jr., Robbie McMinn, Stevie McMinn, Ricky McMinn, Lenny McMinn, and Chris Melson; and her niece, Blythe Swayze and her husband Aaron Swayze.

Lisa's family and friends will forever cherish the memories they shared with her and will carry her love in their hearts always. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
