Luke Timothy Hargadine, 35, of Wichita, KS, passed away August 2, 2026, in El dorado, KS. He was born November 14,1990 in Hopkinsville, KY to Jonathan (Troy) and Lisa Hargadine. 

Luke is survived by; his beloved daughter, Lyric Roberts of Wichita, KS; his mother and father, Lisa Hargadine-Clary and Kenny Clary of Wichita, KS; his brothers, Jordan Hargadine (Heather) of Andover, MN, Nick Clary (Megan) and Tanner Clary (Taryn) both of Wichita, KS; grandmother, Carroll Donaldson of Wichita, KS; uncles, Darren Turner (Wayne Ruffer) of Wichita, KS and Aaron Turner (Kelly) of Marthasville, MO; aunt Tammy (Ronnie) Hargadine-Johnson of Pineville, MO; as well as many nieces, nephews, great- aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and countless friends whose lives he touched.

Luke was preceded in death by; his father, Jonathan (Troy) Hargadine of Clarksville, TN; grandparents Darrell and Donna Turner of Wichita, KS; grandfather Maurice (Tex) Donaldson of Wichita, KS; grandfather Terry Hargadine of Texarkana, TX; great-grandparents, Don and Wanda Cain of Wichita, KS; and his uncle Tim Hargadine of Wichita, KS.

Luke worked a variety of jobs throughout his life, most recently in landscaping, where he enjoyed working alongside friends. More than any job title, however, Luke will be remembered for his playful spirit, a smile that could brighten a room, and a genuine love for animals. He had a way of making people laugh, finding joy in simple moments, and leaving lasting memories with those fortunate enough to know him. His kind heart and unforgettable smile are what his family and friends will carry with them always.

His life was a reminder that every person leaves an imprint on the hearts of others, and his memory will continue to live on through the stories, smiles, and love of those who knew him.

Family and friends are invited to join us at a 'come and go' Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Haysville Community Building, 130 E. 2nd St. S., Haysville, KS 67060. Guests are encouraged to stop by, visit with the family, share stories, and celebrate the life and memories of Luke.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Luke's honor to Beauties & Beasts Animal Shelter, 7030 S Broadway, Haysville, KS 67060 in recognition of his lifelong love for animals.
