Michael Kevin Cushing (OG Cush) began his life on December 24, 1963 and left it on January 24, 2026.  He joins his parents John Cushing and Helen Cushing while saying goodbye to his big sisters; Stacia Cushing (Gail Davis), Marci Williamson (Thom Tucker) Julie Lawrie (Kenny) and Lisa Cushing(Deb), along with his nephews; Luke Luttrell (Kristen), Jason Williamson (Amanda), Jeremiah Williamson(Stacie) and Blake Luttrell(Shani), along with many good friends.

We have lost a gentle soul. Mike was always his unapologetically own self and comfortable in his own skin even if he wasn't "doing" what everyone else was. He was accepting of others no matter their differences. He is already missed by his family and friends! We hope his example lives on for and in all of us.

A celebration of O(h) G(od) Cush will be held on February 28, 2026 where we can share our stories and toast to a man that truly did it his way.  2921 N. Porter in Wichita 1:30 -4:30.
