Nicholas Edward Curiel, 64, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away Monday evening, August 25,2025 at Hospice House of Reno County after a yearlong cancer battle.

In 1979, Nick graduated from Hutchinson High School and attended UNLV where he studied Art. Nick lived in Las Vegas, Nevada and Newton, Kansas before returning to Hutchinson. Nick enjoyed listening to music and video gaming. He was employed at Morton Salt, South Hutchinson.

He is survived by his brother Vic Curiel and Kristie and his brother Mike. He was preceded in death by his parents Manuel Jr and Beverly Stutzman and his sister Rita.

To celebrate his life - a come & go will be held Thursday, September 18th, 5:30 -8:30 at AJ's Sports Grill, Hutchinson.
