Ronald Dean Simmons III (Ronnie) 36 of Wichita, Ks passed away January 24, 2025. He is a loving father, son, brother, nephew and cousin to many.

He was born on May 18th, 1988 in Wichita, Ks to Ronald D. Simmons II and Donna R. Ferguson (Jones.) He grew up in Wichita and Toronto, Ks. He graduated from Eureka High, Eureka, Ks. in 2006. During his Senior year he became a devoted member of the Toronto Volunteer Fire Department with many members of his family. He briefly attended Fire School in the fall after graduation.

He had two daughters with Brandi Cheever Kaylen (16) in 2008 and Kori (14) in 2010 of Gridley, Ks. He had a daughter with Meagan Cates Madelyn (11) in 2013 of Ellsworth, Ks.

He married Emily J. (Town) Simmons on March 12, 2017 together they had three children, Korbin (10) in 2014 and twin girls Brinlie and Braelynn (9) in 2016 all of Emporia, Ks.

He is survived by his wife Emily, children of Emporia, mother, Donna of Wichita, father, Ron of Hutchinson, sister, Shantel of Wichita as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
