Roy Patterson, (77) of Wichita, KS passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025. He was born
November 6, 1948, in Taloga, Oklahoma to Roy Lee Patterson and Mildred Vaughn (Hughes)

and Marketing for many years. Roy married Debbie (Thornton) Patterson August 18, 1972, and
they enjoyed 53 wonderful years together. Roy was a wonderful husband, dad and grandpa.
Nothing gave him more pleasure than watching his children (Jason and Lindsay) play sports and
then later enjoyed his six grandkids participate in sports and activities. Spending time with his
grandkids gave him tremendous pleasure. Roy loved hosting family and friends in his home and
preparing wonderful meals for them. He loved having birthday and swim parties at his home.
Grandkids loved helping him cook. He enjoyed traveling with Debbie, family and grandkids and
took many special trips together. Roy was a tremendous inspiration and special gift to all who
knew him. Wonderful memories of Roy will be in our hearts forever.

He is survived by his wife Debbie and children Jason Patterson and daughter- in- law, Olga
