Steve L. Nicholas, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on April 19, 2026, at the age of 69. He was born on February 23, 1957, in Wichita, Kansas.

Steve dedicated 42 years of service to the Coleman Company, where he was deeply respected and loved by many coworkers and friends. His strong work ethic, kindness, and sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

He was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan and could always be counted on to cheer for his team. He treasured time spent with his family and was known as a true grill master, bringing everyone together with great food and good memories.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roland Nicholas; his mother, Shirley Tucker; and his son, Aaron Nicholas.

He is survived by his daughters, Bailey Caceres, Kelli Nicholas, and Amber Nicholas; and by his beloved grandchildren, Isabella Caceres, Natalie Caceres, Aaron Nicholas, Adrian Nicholas, and Aaliyah Nicholas.

Steve will be remembered for his love of family, loyalty, hardworking spirit, and the joy he brought to those around him. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A memorial service to celebrate Steve's life will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM at TAAG Church located at 20700 W Kellogg Dr in Goddard, KS 67052. All who knew him and loved him are welcome to attend.
