Steven Gregg Peake age 74 of Wichita, Kansas passed away peacefully in the night at his home surrounded by family on September 8, 2024. He was born October 25, 1949, to Eileen Peake and Claude Peake in Wichita, Kansas.

Steve graduated from Kansas State University in the school of Architecture and Engineering with a Building and Construction Bachelor's Degree in 1977. He received two Master's Degrees from Kansas State University and spent 6 years obtaining these degrees.

He moved back to Wichita and Steve and his older brother Ron Peake started a design and building Company known as Peake & Peake. They built homes with very high & open floor plans until later days when he could no longer breathe.

He married Rhonda Marsh Peake on November 23, 1979, and had three boys: Steven (deceased October 5, 2020), Bryan 37 years old of Wichita, Kansas and Tyler Peake 36 years old of Lakewood Park, Florida. He is a manager for Federal Express.

Steven has one surviving brother, Phil Peake of Massachusetts. He has a deceased brother Ron Peake of Wichita, Kansas and a deceased son, Steven Todd Peake of Andover, Kansas. Two surviving sons, Bryan Peake of Andover, Kansas and Tyler Peake of Lakewood Park, Florida.

The celebration of Life services will be on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at West Bakers Funeral Home in Wichita, Kansas.
