Susan Gail Anderson (Alsup), age 66, passed away at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, KS on October 26, 2024. She was born on November 25, 1957, to John and Nina Alsup in Wichita, KS. She was a graduate of Ellinwood High School and attended Brown Macky College in Salina, KS. She worked as a skilled office worker for many years and was a loving sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved making people smile and would always go out of her way to help someone in need. She was an avid reader and had many hobbies, but she has always loved the theater and found herself drawn back into acting after her retirement.

She is survived by her husband James Anderson, whom she met and married in 1980, their son Scott and his wife Kim, and their daughter Julie. She is also survived by her granddaughters Karma, Zariah, and Piper and her grandson Benjamin as well as her brother Jeff Alsup of Great Bend and her sister Barbara Carter of Wichita. She was preceded in death by her brother William Michael (Mike) Alsup of Ellinwood as well as her parents John and Nina Alsup also of Ellinwood.

She will be dearly missed by the friends and family she leaves behind.

A celebration of life will be held on November 8, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at Baker Funeral Home West, 3224 N. Tyler Road, Wichita, KS 67205.
