Tammy J. Diaz, 61, of Moundridge, KS, formally of Fort Madison, IA, passed away on September 24, 2025, at approximately 5:54pm surrounded by her family at her home. She was born on March 27, 1964, in Fort Madison, IA to Francis and Linda Boone. She Married Robert (Bob) Diaz on June 1, 2017.

She was an avid Baby Yoda collector.

Survivors include her husband, Robert (Bob) Diaz of Moundridge, KS; her father, Francis Boone of Fort Madison, IA; Three sons and two daughters, Christopher (Brendon) Nye of Niagara Falls, New York; Jennifer (Joshua) Shallcross of Moundridge, KS; Michael (Jordyn) Nye of Argyle, IA; Jennifer (Danny) West of Newton, KS; Mike McCombs of Wichita, KS; two brothers, Danny (Jackie) Boone of Donnellson, IA; Pat (Dana) Boone of Fort Madison, IA; 25 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Linda Boone; one brother DeWayne Boone, many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Per her wishes she has been cremated.
