Thomas Robert Krotz, 72, of Newton, Kansas, passed away at his home on Saturday, January 4th. He was born on July 12th, 1952 in Wichita, Kansas to Frank and Petrona Krotz.

Thomas graduated from Durham High School in 1970. After graduation, he attended the National Electronics Institute in Denver, CO. He later returned to Kansas where he met his wife, Patricia. They were married on November 8, 1975 and had two children, Wendy and Brian. Patricia passed away in 2012 and he later married Sue. Thomas enjoyed fixing things, such as cars, and worked as an aircraft sheet metal mechanic and a farm equipment assembler. He loved his family, animals and visiting the mountains in Colorado.

Thomas is predeceased by his parents, his wives, Patricia and Sue, his son, Brian, and his brothers, Florian and Edward. He is survived by his daughter, Wendy, his granddaughters, Tatum Hunter, Kaylee Krotz, Sara Macoubrie, Alexandra Macoubrie, Ashlynn Krotz and Abigail Krotz, and his sisters, Margie, Mary, and Delores.

A celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date.
