Thomas "Tom" Carroll Starnes,69, retired Textron Senior Electrical Design Engineer, and former Coleman Company Dept Manager Passed Away on November 11, 2024. Thomas was born to Arthur and Katherine Starnes on April 27, 1955. Preceded in death by parents, brother William "Bill". Survived by wife Iris Baker- Starnes, sons Corey Baker, Andrew Baker, 3 grandchildren, sisters, C.C. Kuehl (Wayne), Mill Creek, WA, Sarah Starnes Kansas City, MO; sister-in-law, Linda Starnes; several nieces, nephews and friends.
