Tyrene Loya was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Wife who passed away May 3rd, 2025. The Wife of Gilbert Benivamonde, Mother of five beautiful kids, Jasmine, Imanie, Chloe, her only son Carlos, and Mariah Benivamonde. Following along with her Husband's beautiful kids, Isaiah, Anthony, and Ivyana Benivamonde. A loving Grandmother to her two bundles of joy, Nelo and Adam Hernandez.

Tyrene was born in Riverton, Wyoming and lived some of her early teen life in California until she moved to Wichita, Kansas. A full proud Native American. She was blessed and proud to carry her roots within her tribe, Northern Arapaho. She taught her children what it means to be Native and to take pride within her culture.

Her Mother who was her pride and joy, Sandra Mae Lucero, passed away in Wyoming. Now her daughter Tyrene is put to rest and up above with her loving Mother and our father peacefully up above. Her beloved Dad, Joe loya who he called his daughter "Pumpkin" will deeply be missed.
Her Hobbie's consisted of getting dolled up for the day with her eyelashes, hoops and makeup done. Listening to all genres of music from Tupac to George Strait, any genre you name it. Heading to the pool for a good summer tan with her daughters. Eating nothing but tasty foods such as tacos and Native tacos. More importantly being with her family.

A Visitation service will be held on Thursday, May 8th, 2025, at 4pm to 7pm at the Baker Funeral Home Wichita West, 3224 N. Tyler Road, Wichita, KS 67205.

A Funeral service will be held on Friday. May 9th , 2025 at 2pm same place as above.
